The online and telephone purchase of tickets for film showings at the Totnes Cinema is strictly subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing a cinema ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing your tickets.

Tickets for events at the Totnes Cinema are sold at the prices displayed for the relevant performance and the amount payable for them will be debited immediately from your credit or debit card. Prices are subject to change at any time. The credit and/or debit cards which we can accept for payment are as set out at the point of payment on the website. We may change the prices for Products at any time by posting new prices on the Site. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. By requesting tickets through the Website you are placing a booking request for them on these Terms which is only accepted and binding on us once we have debited your card. All tickets purchased are non-refundable. Changes to bookings and refunds are at the manager's discretion.

We do not store your credit card details on the website after your order has been processed. By using your credit or debit card, you confirm that the card is yours and that there are sufficient funds or credit available to cover the charges.

The email confirmation of your booking will set out the details of the cinema tickets purchased and the total amounts paid for your tickets.

Tickets are available for collection in the cinema any time from when the booking is made until the start of the performance. You will need to bring either the card you paid with or a note of the booking reference to collect your tickets.

Standard ticket price £10 excluding luxury and VIP seats. Founder Member, Member, Concessionary and Children’s tickets are offered for sale at the box office and on the Website. In accordance with our General Terms you must bring proof of status or age with you to the cinema to collect the tickets and to gain admission to the performance.

From May 2016 advance tickets will be available for a series of 6 weekend "popup cinema" events. First performance June 3rd 2016

Bookings made on the Website are encrypted for security. However, you acknowledge that the Internet is not entirely secure and whilst we will take reasonable steps to safeguard the security of any card information you impart, we shall not be liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of any such information.

You acknowledge that the cancellation rights contained in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended) do not apply to the services we offer.

Members must enter their details at the time of purchasing to claim any discount. It is not possible to amend the booking once it has been completed.

The management reserve the right to change your seat to one of an equivalent value or to refund the difference.
